You will manage assignments, territories and budgets, driving timely development of land for new homes while ensuring compliance with contracts and RFP processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a background in civil engineering, planning or construction management preferred.
• At least 5 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be fluent in the RFP process to vendor/professional pool, negotiate, award and execute contracts.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
