Job summary

The role requires a four-year degree and at least three years in land development, with experience forming MUDs/HOAs and knowledge of Texas codes.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• At least three years of land development experience with hands-on responsibility.
• Experience creating or forming MUDs and HOAs and knowledge of Texas codes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end land development projects from planning to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams including planners, engineers, and builders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts to meet financial objectives.
• Coordinate with jurisdictions and builders to secure permits and approvals.
• Mentor and develop Land Development Associates.
