Signorelli is seeking a detail-oriented Land Development Support Analyst in The Woodlands, TX. You will assist the Land Development Manager with financial analysis, due diligence, and contract tracking across multiple residential and master-planned projects.

You’ll gather market data, maintain forecasts, and help coordinate field activities and meetings with brokers, consultants, and builders. A degree in real estate/finance and 2–5 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in real estate, finance, business, construction science or similar preferred.
• Two to five years of relevant experience preferred; a master's in Real Estate or Construction Science if none.

Aufgaben

• Provide analytical, administrative, office, and field support to the Land Development Manager across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, pro formas, budgets, and cash-flow models.
• Gather and organize financial, economic, demographic, and market research for development opportunities.
• Support due diligence by collecting and tracking materials, key dates, and required analyses.
• Prepare summaries and track critical dates for land and builder contracts and milestones.
• Maintain organized project records and status information for budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Attend meetings with brokers, consultants, builders, and contractors and coordinate follow-up items.
• Support preparation, negotiation, and administration of land and builder contracts under the Manager's direction.
• Perform research and analytical work that supports acquisition, development, and sales activities.
• Provide office and field support and coordinate design/construction of utility, landscaping, and hardscaping work within budget and schedule.
