Job summary

Signorelli, based in The Woodlands, Texas, seeks an experienced leader to own end-to-end development and business performance of company-owned projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate with land planners, engineers, and jurisdictions to secure approvals and ensure financial success.

You will oversee infrastructure, manage builder relationships, and lead a team of Land Development Associates, driving timelines, budgets, and compliance with Texas codes.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• At least three years of land development experience, including hands-on responsibility for taking lots through development and delivery.
• Demonstrated experience creating or forming MUDs and HOAs.
• Working knowledge of applicable Texas property codes and laws relevant to land development, MUDs, and HOAs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate conceptual plans, preliminary plats, and final plats with land planners, architects, engineers, and applicable jurisdictions.
• Own project financial performance, including revenue planning, development budgets, cash flows, invoices, and variance analysis.
• Oversee the design and installation of infrastructure, including paving, utilities, landscaping, hardscaping, and dry utilities.
• Lead the creation, formation, and ongoing management of municipal utility districts (MUDs) and homeowners' associations (HOAs).
• Mentor and develop Land Development Associates, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities to build project knowledge.
• Set clear expectations, share lessons learned, and promote effective collaboration across project teams.
