Job summary

The Signorelli Company, based in The Woodlands, TX, seeks a Land Development Associate responsible for supporting the Land Development Manager on multiple single-family and master-planned projects. You will perform financial modeling, due diligence, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of lots and coordinated development tasks.

The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Land Development and collaborates daily with the Land Development Manager to maintain data integrity,

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills required.

• Desire to learn residential land development and show high intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial forecast and modeling; create pro formas, budgets, and cash flows with advanced Excel.
• Conduct financial, economic, demographic, and market research for development opportunities.
• Support due diligence with materials tracking and critical-date analysis.
• Assist with invoices, budgeting, and coordination of development tasks including HOA management.
