The Signorelli Company is seeking a Land Development Manager to coordinate the successful development of company-owned properties in line with business objectives, timelines, and financial goals. The role requires expertise across land development phases, municipal coordination, budgeting, and consultant management, with on-site work in The Woodlands, Texas.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of land development experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate conceptual planning and final plats.
• Secure approvals for subdivision plans and development agreements.
• Direct engineers and subcontractors; oversee field inspections.
• Ensure SWPPP compliance and manage project budgets.
• Develop schedules with milestones and critical path analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams on market research and campaigns.
