Job summary

Brookfield Residential is seeking a Land Development Field Manager to oversee construction activities for residential communities in Northern California. The role focuses on managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget to support business plan commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of land development or general engineering contracting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate land development construction activities across Northern California.
• Manage budgets, schedules and subcontractor coordination to meet business plan commitments.
• Lead field operations and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal Brookfield teams and external partners for plan changes.
