BKF is a multi-service infrastructure consulting firm seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead design and project management for land development initiatives in Northern California. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality site solutions, deepen client relationships, and help grow BKF’s land development presence in the region.

• CA P.E. license is required.
• 10+ years of land development engineering experience.
• Experience with site design and project management for residential/commercial/mixed-use or industrial developments.
• Strong client engagement and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project management for land development projects in Northern California.
• Coordinate agency approvals, permitting, studies, and consultant teams.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client communications from concept to construction.
• Mentor junior staff and grow a high-performing local team.
• Promote the firm’s services and cross-sell to land development, private, and public-sector clients.
• Build relationships with developers, municipalities, and partners to expand regional presence.
