Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Senior Project Manager for land development to drive end-to-end delivery of data center and critical infrastructure projects in Madison, WI.

The role requires coordinating across land use, planning, design, permitting, and construction teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risk with onsite client engagements. Collaboration with municipalities, AHJs, and utilities is essential for timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in project management, working on projects engaging directly with municipalities, AHJs, and utility districts to drive appropriate resolutions to development.
• Minimum of 7 years of combined working experience in the land development, design, permitting, and construction industrie.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with land use, planning, and development experts to streamline end-to-end development process.
• Work across multiple teams and departments to eliminate gaps and ensure cohesive project execution.
• Lead cross-functional coordination during the review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases of data center projects.
• Establish and manage delivery teams tailored to the specific needs of each development project.
• Bring commercial and practical experience to overcome complex land development challenges.
• Ensure development timelines are met to support timely construction of critical infrastructure.
• Identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Implement and enforce efficient development practices to achieve organizational business targets.
• Act as a central point of accountability for development-phase milestones across multiple projects.
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
