Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior development professional to drive end-to-end land development efforts for multi-site data center projects. You will collaborate with land-use, planning, and development experts to streamline processes and coordinate across teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

The role requires extensive experience in land development, design, permitting, and construction, with a strong track record in working with municipalities and AHJs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in project management, working on projects engaging directly with municipalities, AHJs, and utility districts to drive appropriate resolutions to development.
• Minimum of 7 years of combined working experience in the land development, design, permitting, and construction industrie.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with land use, planning, and development experts to streamline end-to-end development process.
• Work across multiple teams to eliminate gaps and ensure cohesive project execution.
• Lead cross-functional coordination during review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases of data center projects.
• Establish and manage delivery teams tailored to the needs of each development project.
• Bring commercial and practical experience to overcome complex land development challenges.
• Ensure development timelines are met to support timely construction of critical infrastructure.
• Identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Implement and enforce efficient development practices to achieve business targets.
• Act as a central point of accountability for development-phase milestones across multiple projects.
• Communicate progress and challenges to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
