Job summary
Enterprise Solutions Inc. seeks a LabWare LIMS Senior SME/Consultant to support implementation of a new LIMS. The role requires hands-on LabWare LIMS v8 expertise in regulated water and wastewater labs and close collaboration with IT, lab staff, and implementation partners.
The consultant will configure, customize, test, and deploy LIMS, integrate instruments, develop reports, ensure QA and regulatory compliance, and create thorough documentation for transfer to internal teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on LabWare LIMS implementation and administration.
- Experience with regulated water and wastewater laboratory environments.
- LabWare LIMS v8 expertise, CLT and EWT configuration and deployment.
- Certifications in LabWare administration/configuration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and implement LabWare LIMS per business needs.
- Lead deployment of CLT and EWT templates.
- Integrate instruments with LabWare LIMS for automated data collection.
- Develop Crystal Reports and dashboards for analytics.
- Configure QA components including stability studies and control charts.
- Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot issues during and after go-live.
- Create technical docs and transfer knowledge to IT and LIMS admins.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in labs.
