IT Minds LLC is seeking a LabWare LIMS Instrument Integration Specialist to assist with a LabWare 8 upgrade project in California. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with integrating laboratory instruments with LabWare LIMS, ensuring reliable data flow and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment.

This role involves troubleshooting connectivity issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational readiness. Responsibilities include configuring integrations, participating in testing, and ensuring compliance with data integrity requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating LabWare LIMS with laboratory instruments and GMP systems.
• Experience supporting LabWare 8 environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of laboratory instrument workflows and interface troubleshooting.
• Experience working in regulated GMP/GxP environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and troubleshoot integrations between LabWare LIMS 8 and laboratory instruments.
• Support connectivity with laboratory platforms like Empower and LabX.
• Participate in integration testing and post-go-live stabilization activities.
