Job Overview

We are seeking a LabWare LIMS Instrument Integration Specialist to support integration activities for a LabWare 8 upgrade project within a GMP laboratory environment. This role will focus on connecting laboratory instruments and enterprise laboratory systems with LabWare LIMS, ensuring reliable data flow, compliant integrations, and operational readiness across laboratory operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with LabWare LIMS integrations, laboratory instrument connectivity, interface troubleshooting, and GMP‑regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and troubleshoot integrations between LabWare LIMS 8 and laboratory instruments/systems.
• Support connectivity with laboratory platforms such as Empower, LabX, and other GMP laboratory applications.
• Troubleshoot interface issues, data flow errors, and system connectivity challenges.
• Collaborate with QC laboratory teams, automation teams, IT, and validation groups.
• Support development and modification of parsing scripts, interface configurations, and data mappings.
• Ensure integrations comply with GMP, validation, and data integrity requirements.
• Participate in integration testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Support operational readiness and continuous improvement of laboratory system integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience integrating LabWare LIMS with laboratory instruments and GMP systems.
• Experience supporting LabWare 8 environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of laboratory instrument workflows and interface troubleshooting.
• Experience with Empower, LabX, or similar laboratory software platforms.
• Knowledge of parsing scripts, interface configuration, and data mapping.
• Experience working in regulated GMP/GxP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments.
• Ability to work directly with laboratory users and cross‑functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large‑scale LabWare LIMS upgrades or implementations.
• Background in laboratory automation, instrument integration, or LIMS technical support.
• Familiarity with validation activities including testing, defect management, and deployment support.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and laboratory stakeholders.
