Job summary

Enterprise Solutions Inc. seeks a LabWare LIMS Senior SME/Consultant to support implementation of a new LIMS. The role requires hands-on LabWare LIMS v8 expertise in regulated water and wastewater labs and close collaboration with IT, lab staff, and implementation partners.

The consultant will configure, customize, test, and deploy LIMS, integrate instruments, develop reports, ensure QA and regulatory compliance, and create thorough documentation for transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on LabWare LIMS implementation and administration.
• Experience with regulated water and wastewater laboratory environments.
• LabWare LIMS v8 expertise, CLT and EWT configuration and deployment.
• Certifications in LabWare administration/configuration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement LabWare LIMS per business needs.
• Lead deployment of CLT and EWT templates.
• Integrate instruments with LabWare LIMS for automated data collection.
• Develop Crystal Reports and dashboards for analytics.
• Configure QA components including stability studies and control charts.
• Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues during and after go-live.
• Create technical docs and transfer knowledge to IT and LIMS admins.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in labs.

Job Title: LabWare LIMS Senior SME / Consultant

Client: Laurel, MD 20707- Onsite

At least 1-4 years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and administering LabWare LIMS version 8.0 or above in a regulated water and wastewater laboratory environment is required

Job Summary

The Client is seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation and deployment of its new LabWare Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

The consultant will work closely with internal IT teams, laboratory personnel, and LabWare implementation partners to configure, customize, test, and successfully deploy the new LIMS solution. This role requires deep expertise in LabWare LIMS v8, particularly with the Contract Lab Template (CLT) and Enterprise Water Component Template (EWT) in regulated laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement LabWare LIMS based on business and laboratory requirements.
• Lead the deployment and customization of the Contract Lab Template (CLT) and Enterprise Water Component Template (EWT).
• Integrate laboratory instruments with LabWare LIMS for automated data collection.
• Develop Crystal Reports, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Configure quality management components including stability studies, quality control, and control charting.
• Support unit testing, system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues throughout implementation and post-go-live.
• Create technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal IT and LIMS administrators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory best practices.

Required Qualifications

LabWare Administration/Configuration Certifications are highly preferred.

Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering LabWare LIMS.

Strong experience delivering full lifecycle LabWare LIMS implementations.

Experience working within regulated laboratory environments.

Water or wastewater laboratory experience is highly preferred.
