• 5-7+ years in employee and labour relations within unionized settings.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment and labour legislation.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and delivering recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on disciplinary actions, accommodations and attendance.
• Interpret collective agreements and HR policies for multiple sites.
