The Wine Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leaders across Sonoma County locations, Marketing, IT, and Legal. You will translate business priorities into integrated people strategies, shaping organizational solutions and leading talent, succession, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Ability to serve as a trusted strategic partner and coach to leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience applying core HR practices: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, development, compensation, and engagement.
• Knowledge of California employment practices; experience with hourly/workforce in retail/hospitality preferred.
