Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of laboratory supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and manage budget for assigned departments.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with all policies; oversee scheduling and daily operations.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement plans for improvement.
• Implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to meet regulatory requirements (CAP, safety, infection control).
• Develop and maintain operational plans for laboratory instruments and documentation to meet CAP requirements.
• Plan, implement and market services to internal and external customers with measurable improvement goals.
• Provide leadership aligned with Baptist vision/values and communicate policies to staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
