You will develop and maintain dashboards, coordinate corrective actions, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that reduce risks and improve readiness,

Qualifications

• Apply performance‑assurance principles and readiness activities.
• Develop corrective actions with clear ownership and timelines.
• Translate requirements into executable plans and tools.
• Plan and evaluate drills, after‑action reviews, and training alignment.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risks for improvement.
• Coach owners and verify effectiveness of improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑program improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives with clear scope and timelines.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to communicate readiness and progress.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
• Prepare leadership briefings and field guidance.
• Collaborate with program and training owners on curricula and readiness.
• Share findings and lessons learned to minimize repeat findings.
