Job summary

You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, design dashboards and tools, and drive corrective actions with clear ownership while aligning with DOE orders and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance‑assurance, corrective‑action, and readiness processes.
• Ability to interpret complex data, risks, and program requirements for leadership.
• Strong project coordination and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate security and emergency management requirements into a repeatable improvement cycle.
• Translate requirements into executable plans, outcomes, and practical tools.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate drills, after‑action reviews, and assurance activities.
• Develop corrective actions with clear ownership, timelines, and validation.
• Analyze findings to identify root causes, risks, and trends.
• Create training materials, job aids, dashboards to reduce repeat findings.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives with defined scope and milestones.
• Prepare leadership briefings addressing trends, risks, and priorities.
