Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 2+ years of related experience accepted.
• PhD with demonstrated expertise may be appointed with no required experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide laboratory staff, students, and visiting scientists; ensure quality and productivity.
• Oversee GLP operations and compliance with IACUC, IBC, biosafety, and hazardous waste rules.
• Manage budgets, cost centers, quotes, invoicing, and financial reporting for internal/external investigators.
• Coordinate purchasing, equipment maintenance, and scheduling of experiments and shared resources.
• Serve as primary liaison for collaborators and coordinate meetings and data sharing.
