Job summary

Oxford Cancer Analytics (OXcan) is seeking a General Laboratory Supervisor to lead day-to-day high-complexity testing operations in Aurora, CO. You will ensure CLIA compliance, staff competency, and accurate result reporting while coordinating with the laboratory director.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in medical laboratory science and 2+ years in a high-complexity setting, with strong LIMS, organizational, and management skills, and a willingness to supervise and train personnel.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical/biological/clinical/medical laboratory science with 2+ years in high-complexity testing.
• Alternate: 60 semester hours with 2+ years high-complexity lab experience.
• Grandfather provision for CLIA-certified general supervisor as of Dec 28, 2024.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day high-complexity testing operations and ensure CLIA compliance.
• Monitor quality control, train staff, and provide technical support.
• Maintain testing accessibility and ensure quality standards.
• Participate in deviations, CAPAs, and management review metrics.
