Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming laboratory calls with professional, timely assistance.
• Provide information on testing requirements, specimen collection, and turnaround times.
• Assist providers with test selection and order entry.
• Review and resolve order discrepancies and escalation as needed.
• Monitor worklists and queues to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate routine and STAT courier requests per policy.
