Qualifications

• Two (2) years of healthcare billing or revenue cycle experience.
• Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records or laboratory information systems.

Responsibilities

• Review charges and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor charge capture and billing work queues; resolve routine edits.
• Prepare outreach client invoices and reconcile reference lab invoices.
• Identify and report recurring billing issues to leadership.
• Assist with process improvement to reduce revenue leakage.
