As a senior HR partner, you will collaborate with field HR and legal counsel, ensuring alignment with Providence's mission and business goals while supporting labor relations initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8 years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
• Consulting experience.
• Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
• Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations and contract administration in complex labor environments.
• Provide strategic guidance on strike planning and labor relations initiatives.
• Partner with field HR and assigned attorney to advise on business initiatives and impact on HR strategies.
