Job summary

Providence is seeking a Principal Labor Relations Consultant to join our Hybrid day-shift team in Spokane, WA. This senior role partners with field HR and an assigned attorney to deliver subject matter expertise in contract negotiations, contract administration and strike planning, and to act as a strategic thought partner for local HR and core leaders on initiative implementation.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of exempt HR experience, proven labor relations leadership, and consulting

Qualifications

8 years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
Consulting experience.
Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.

Responsibilities

Partner with field HR and assigned attorney to provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on contract negotiations, contract administration and strike planning.
Serve as a strategic thought partner on for local HR and core leaders on business initiative implementation in highly complex labor environments.
