• Lead negotiations for interim and general labor agreements, grievances and arbitrations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal labor regulations and policies.
• Guide management in interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements and related policies.
• Lead labor relations for project labor agreements and community/wide wage obligations.
