• Ability to guide, train and support the Labor Relations team.

• Serve as State Administrative Manager 15 for Labor/Employment Relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Investigate, interpret, and apply policies, rules, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Lead and train the Labor Relations team to support DOT operations.
