Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Labor Relations professional to support Chambersburg Hospital. You will coach on employee and labor relations issues, partner with HR leadership to implement programs, and foster partnerships that reflect business objectives and align with the applicable CBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or related field; 1 year direct labor relations experience required.
• HR experience in a large complex healthcare delivery system preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certifications preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned leaders to discuss deliverables, departmental concerns, and development opportunities in recruitment, employee and labor relations, training and development.
• Provide guidance to management on employee and labor relations issues, improving work relationships, morale, engagement and retention.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies in line with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
