Foster Garvey PC in Seattle seeks an experienced attorney with six to twelve years of labor, employment and immigration experience to join our Labor, Employment & Immigration Practice group as an Associate or Counsel in our Seattle office. For highly experienced and motivated attorneys with a portable book of business, an Income Principal role will be considered.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Experience with single plaintiff and class action litigation.
• Counseling, advising employees and employers in workplace matters.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in labor and employment matters and litigation.
• Provide employment advice, counseling and policy drafting.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support BD efforts.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and mentors.
