ALL KNOWN SERVICES is seeking a mid-level Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for its Los Angeles practice in Employment Advice & Investigations. The role targets attorneys with California-focused employment law experience representing employers and providing guidance on workplace issues.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a J.D., and California Bar admission, with strong writing, analytical, and teamwork skills to handle discriminatory, retaliatory, and wage-and-hour

Competenze

3+ years of experience representing employers in employment matters.
Experience advising on California employment issues.
Strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge matters.
Familiarity with leave laws and wage-and-hour compliance.
Juris Doctor and California Bar admission required.
Experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.
Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Sound judgement, initiative, and strong teamwork.

Advise on California-specific employment issues.
Handle matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge.
