• New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York Education department.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in Transfusion Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate laboratory personnel in performance of quantitative and qualitative tests.
• Train and guide laboratory technologists and participate in problem-solving processes.
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.
