• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related science.
• New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license from NY Education Department.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience or 2 years with a Master’s degree or 1 year with MD/DO/doctoral degree in a chemical, physical or biological science.

Responsibilities

• Lead generalist for the Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology and Microbiology departments at night.
• Perform testing and oversee QC, instrument calibration and patient testing.
• Resolve testing issues and oversee instrument troubleshooting; manage supplies with supervision to prevent outages.
