Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (Networking focus) or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience servicing medical/lab equipment and/or networked systems in R&D, hospital, or clinical lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide instrument and networked system support, including installation, qualification, maintenance and repair.
• Troubleshoot instrument hardware-software problems and network connectivity, using service software and problem reports.
• Document all service activities and coordinate onsite/remote network service requests using ServiceNow.
