Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT applications experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP or 21 CFR Part 11) preferred.
• On-site in Troy, NY with US/EU time zones familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 3 application support including root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Diagnose network-related issues affecting application performance and availability in partnership with network and infrastructure teams.
• Configure, test, and promote changes through controlled environments in accordance with change management and release procedures; support system integrations including data flow and interface failures across servers, databases, and connected systems.
• Develop and execute test documentation, maintaining traceability from requirements through objective evidence; provide audit support with clear, traceable evidence covering access controls, change history, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with business owners to translate requests into well-defined, prioritized work; communicate complex technical issues clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain operational runbooks to ensure knowledge is shared and sustained across the team.
