Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Lab Support Analyst to join a Regeneron site in Rensselaer, NY. The role focuses on IT/ lab system support, asset management, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic scientific environment.

The candidate should have an associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong customer service, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Travel and on-call rotation may be required as part of routine lab support duties.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Computer Science or Life Science with 2+ years of tech experience (Windows, networks, manufacturing systems, technical writing).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Life Science; 2 years in lab environment and experience with scientific instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with Lab System Owners, IT Teams, and Management.
Update asset inventory for lab equipment, PCs, software, and related information.
Maintain daily project communications with the team.
Follow SOPs, Job Aids, and Work Instructions to stay compliant.
Act as technical SME and provide first line user support.
Set up user accounts and perform password resets; support change controls.
Complete preventative maintenance and routine reviews.
Participate in on-call rotation and support field testing.
Assist investigations with professionalism and documentation.
