TridentCare is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the phlebotomy function, including scheduling, training, and HR responsibilities. The role requires knowledge of hematology, urinalysis, coagulation and chemistry/immunology, plus a Bachelor's degree with MT/ASCP preferred.

You will review payroll and incidents, maintain technical manuals, and ensure quality control across multiple testing areas while managing staff and resources to ensure accurate, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hematology, urinalysis, coagulation and chemistry/immunology.
• Bachelor's degree required; MT (ASCP or equivalent) preferred.
• Must qualify under CLIA regulations as a technical supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Oversee phlebotomy function including scheduling, training, and HR responsibilities.
• Provide technical training in all areas of responsibility.
• Review payroll, incident, accident and corrected reports; maintain manuals and update procedures.
• Ensure QC is within limits and test results are accurate across chemistry, hematology, coagulation and urinalysis.
• Schedule and maintain full shift coverage; supervise department staff; perform bench work as needed.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and equipment maintenance records.
