Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Senior Site Specialist to support our premier client in South San Francisco, CA 94080. The role focuses on scientific support services, inventory management, order processing, and lab-related activities on a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm).

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in a lab setting, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to operate data entry and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of equivalent experience, preferably in a laboratory setting.
• Demonstrated customer service, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to learn and use customer procurement systems and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory/order management systems: on-site replenishments, disbursements, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry and expediting.
• Perform laboratory services such as order delivery, glassware processing, and media preparation.
• Analyze and reconcile customer and company reports to meet partner requirements.
• Follow written procedures and meet established timeframes; resolve customer concerns and communicate proactively with supervisor.
• Engage in process improvement activities and support other duties as assigned.
