Job summary

Qualifications

• Laboratory setting experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and professional appearance.
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills across levels.
• Experience reading/writing English; able to use handheld scanners and perform data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment, or food safety.
• Work primarily at customer sites, may require independent work.
• Use inventory/order management systems for replenishments, disbursements, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry/expediting, and returns.
• Perform lab services such as order delivery, glassware processing, waste processing, chemical inventory receipt/reconciliation, and media preparation.
• Analyze and reconcile reports to meet partner requirements.
• Follow written procedures and communicate customer concerns to supervisor.
• Engage in process improvement activities.
• May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
