Job summary

Visions Management is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Life Sciences & Laboratory Planning in the Bay Area. You will lead complex relocation, infrastructure, and planning projects within Biotech, Pharma, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

You will serve as the primary client contact, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with scientists, facilities teams, architects, engineers, and vendors to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or related experience in laboratory environments.
• Experience leading laboratory relocations, infrastructure projects, and renovations.
• Strong knowledge of lab equipment, utilities, and workflows.
• Proficiency with CAD drawings and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex lab relocation, planning, and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with scientists, facilities, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Review drawings and ensure equipment layouts and utilities meet requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered with minimal disruption to research.
