Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Manager, Lab Operations Learning and Development to provide strategic leadership for learning and performance enablement across laboratory operations. You will design, facilitate, and execute comprehensive programs that equip staff from entry level to senior leaders with the skills to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• 4–6 years in training design, curriculum development, and delivery in a high volume organization; 2+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical/clinical lab environment preferred.
• Experience facilitating leadership development frameworks (DiSC, Clifton Strengths, coaching) and LMS administration in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes innovative L&D strategies to ensure lab operations has the necessary management and leadership competencies to meet business objectives.
• Sets the overarching framework and strategy for learning and development across lab operations, aligned to organizational goals and HR timelines.
• Maintains and delivers a centralized cross-functional knowledge base platform specific to Lab operations and refines curricula based on feedback and metrics.
• Oversees LMS administration, training logistics, and vendor partnerships as needed.
• Develops onboarding programs for new leaders and a formal mentorship/shadowing framework to support career development.
