Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing in the United States seeks a Business Unit Manager to lead the Phoenix or Las Vegas team, managing margins and annual budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role supervises lab personnel, drives quality, and aligns with corporate policies, reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will reside in Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV and has extensive supervisory and laboratory operations experience, with strong client relations and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration.
• MS or PhD preferred.
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 10 years professional experience in laboratory operations with P&L responsibility.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory team, schedule, and train employees.
• Ensure highest quality and efficiency standards in operations.
• Oversee budgeting, capital expenses, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing and other locations.
• Uphold safety, health, and environmental programs.
