Job summary

CHS Corporate is seeking a Senior Laboratory Clinical Informatics Analyst to optimize laboratory information systems, interfaces, and workflows across patient care teams. You will lead complex workflow analyses, coordinate testing, and support go-live events to ensure accurate data and efficient operations.

The role requires extensive knowledge of LIS, EHR, and system integrations, with proven ability to translate lab requirements into practical technology solutions and vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of Oracle Health Laboratory certifications, Healthcare IT, informatics, or laboratory workflow expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory informatics initiatives, workstreams, and responsibilities with limited oversight.
• Conduct detailed workflow analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and gap assessments.
• Design, coordinate, and execute testing, validation, and QA for system enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Support go-live readiness, stabilization, and optimization activities for laboratory technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex workflow, application, and integration issues and drive sustainable solutions.
• Maintain documentation on requirements, workflows, testing, and issue resolution.
• Deliver high-quality work products aligned with timelines and standards.
