Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation (L&H) to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across the L&H value chain. You will partner with senior leaders and market units to translate strategic priorities into structured programs, governance, and measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, delivering tangible outcomes, and embedding new capabilities in underwriting, claims, in-force management, and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management consulting, professional services, or transformation/project leadership within insurance or reinsurance.
• Strong ability to bridge strategy and execution with problem structuring and data analysis.
• Proven experience leading complex transformations end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Waterfall methodologies and change management.
• Analytical and financial acumen with business cases and benefits tracking.
• Experience in Life & Health (L&H) or value chain understanding in Underwriting, Claims or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex business challenges into actionable statements and solution approaches.
• Define initiatives with measurable outcomes, governance, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive innovative approaches to achieve optimal outcomes for Swiss Re L&H.
• Coordinate with L&H business leaders to align decisions and embed capabilities.
• Strengthen PMO standards across L&H with accountable execution and measurable impact.
• Act as a change agent linking business, market units, governance, and Data & Tech teams.
