Job summary

Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation (L&H) to drive high-impact initiatives across the L&H value chain. You will lead end-to-end transformations spanning operating models, governance, processes, technology, and ways of working, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will work in a globally distributed team, translating strategy into measurable execution and embedding new capabilities into underwriting, claims, in-force

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or transformation leadership within insurance or reinsurance.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformations end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Strong grounding in project and change methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Change Management, Process Engineering).
• Bridge strategy and execution with problem structuring, data analysis, process design, and decision-ready artefacts.
• Analytical and financial acumen; able to build business cases and track benefits.
• L&H (insurance) expertise or value-chain understanding in Underwriting, Claims or Operations.
