Job summary

Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation (L&H) to drive and deliver high-impact initiatives across the L&H value chain. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, spanning operating models, governance, processes, technology, and ways of working.

You will lead initiatives end-to-end, bridging strategy and execution, and ensuring disciplined delivery across global and market-unit levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or transformation leadership within insurance or reinsurance.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformations end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Strong grounding in project and change methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Change Management, Process Engineering).
• Proven ability to bridge strategy and execution, including problem structuring and data analysis.
• Analytical and financial acumen with experience in business cases, benefits tracking, and translating recommendations into outcomes.
• (Re)insurance expertise (L&H) or value chain understanding in Underwriting/Claims/Operations preferred.
