Job summary

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is seeking a Senior Underwriting Operations Associate for its International Operations Business Services team. The role supports Property Underwriters and Client Managers across global operations, ensuring accurate processing, timely coordination, and excellence in service.

You will work across regions, adapt to time zones, and contribute to process improvements while developing SOPs and coaching colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations within insurance or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Data analysis and process evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage underwriting assignments accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with underwriting teams, on-shore and off-shore support, and cross-functional partners.
• Serve as a primary contact for Underwriters and Brokers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Conduct preliminary deal analysis and prepare detailed account data for review.
• Review and interpret complex source documents and compose professional correspondence.
• Generate and verify predefined business reports across systems and tools.
