Qualifications

Juris Doctor required with 10+ years in US employment and labor law.
Prior in-house litigation management experience preferred.
Ability to interpret state, federal, and local employment laws.
Experience advising on multi-jurisdictional projects is a plus.
Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead employment-related litigation and coordinate with outside counsel.
Advise on union contracts, negotiations, and labor relations strategies.
Oversee investigations, compliance, and HR policy guidance.
Provide training and audits to ensure governance and M&A compliance.
