Austin Telco Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead learning initiatives at our Austin campus. You will design, deliver, and optimize blended learning programs using Articulate Rise and Storyline, aligning solutions with business needs and employee development goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in L&D, strong facilitation and project management skills, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles to drive measurable performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, Business or related field.
• 5-7 years in learning and development or related field.
• Experience with Articulate 360 suite (Rise and Storyline) required.
• Experience leading complex training projects.
• Strong adult learning theory and performance improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development projects from needs assessment to evaluation and improvement.
• Identify performance gaps with leaders and stakeholders.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning solutions.
• Manage LMS and learning technologies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
• Mentor and guide other Specialists.
