TruStage Insurance Agency LLC in Madison, WI, is seeking a Lead, L&D Program Mgmt & Delivery Specialist (Hybrid). You will manage and deliver enterprise learning programs, coordinating scheduling, governance and stakeholder communications.

This role focuses on people leaders and staff, delivering engaging sessions both in person and virtually. You will partner with L&D Design, Delivery, and vendors to measure effectiveness and maintain curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in learning and development with 5+ years of facilitation experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, theory, and strategies.
• Facilitation certification in the following is a plus (Blanchard, Crucial Learning, DDI).
• Proficiency using Microsoft Teams for virtual delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and delivery of enterprise learning programs, ensuring alignment to leadership expectations and governance.
• Facilitate courses for various audiences (people leaders, individual contributors, new employees) with strong engagement.
• Collaborate with L&D consultants, technology staff and stakeholders to measure impact and improve content.
• Develop action plans, lead meetings, maintain records and report program status to Sr Manager of Learning and Delivery.
• Support scheduling, vendor coordination, and governance for enterprise learning initiatives.
