Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead L&D within the network PMO across 200+ sites. You will own intake, project sizing, ASANA PMO setup, and a metrics framework linking training to operational outcomes. This is a strategic, data-driven PMO role, not a maintenance position.

You will represent L&D to external stakeholders up to VP level, drive capacity and timelines, and advocate for the value of training with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded leader for L&D within network PMO processes across SSD and GFC, integrating into Operations PMO mechanisms.
• Own the L&D project intake process, serving as the first gate for go/no-go decisions on training solutions.
• Create and maintain the L&D project sizing matrix mapping business needs to training solutions and timelines.
• Build and manage ASANA as the PMO mechanism to capture programs and ensure cadence and deliverables.
• Develop internal processes for weekly project reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation paths.
• Build a metrics tracking system for on-time completion, training effectiveness, and business impact of L&D.
